With summer temperatures reaching upwards of 80 degrees here in NYC, the time has come to pull out the white jeans. Not only do they keep you cooler because of the color (or lack thereof), but they usually come in lighter weight fabrics which make them perfect for the sunny month’s ahead. My favorite pair this season is a distressed style from Topman. I bought them a little early this year when I went to Cancun in March and they have quickly become a staple in my wardrobe.
Take a look at some of my favorite ways to style them below. What are your thoughts on white denim for Summer? Leave a a comment or question below and don’t forget to follow me on Instagram (here) for more style inspiration.
June is Pride month and should be the time when the LGBT community waves their rainbow colored flags high in celebration and acknowledgement of how far we have come. Unfortunately, due to a senseless act of hatred this past weekend in Orlando, we could not have been reminded more of how far we still have to go. With the staggering list of violent attacks on our schools, churches, and the innocent being treated as criminals for merely existing, our world is losing the fight against gun violence and my heart hurts.
We must love and accept one another. The time is now.
